It is our commitment to quality that has seen Delfin communities all over Australia recognised for their excellence. In 1998, Golden Grove in Adelaide was awarded the Prix d’Excellence as the world’s Best Residential Development by the International Real Estate Federation.
This award was again won in 2004, this time by Twin Waters in Queensland. Another award of note was for Delfin’s West Lakes community in Adelaide, which took home the 1992 inaugural Prix D’Excellence for the Best Development in the World.

Our values at Delfin and the Lend Lease Group

As a creator of communities, it’s important that Delfin and its employees actively subscribe to a set of Core Values. These values are adopted and promoted wherever our business takes us, not just in Australia. They underpin the way we conduct our business, interact with stakeholders and operate as individuals or teams within the Delfin Group. These values are also reflected in our Code of Conduct, which gives our employees guidance about what standards the company expects in the conduct of its operations.
